In what could be the most enlightening webinar you’ve ever taken, our instructor and professional voice coach will show you how you can actually begin using your speaking voice for commercials, films, videos, and more. Most people go about it the wrong way. In this introductory class, you will learn about a unique, outside the box way to break into this creative, fulfilling, and potentially lucrative industry. Voice-overs can be managed on your own terms, on your own turf, in your own time, and with minimal overhead! Whether you choose to pursue voice-overs part-time or full-time, this could be the game changer you’ve been looking for. In addition to online instruction, you will be given the opportunity to book a 1-on-1 script read and voice evaluation via telephone with your instructor for the following day. This class will be presented via Zoom, you will receive a link the 24 hours prior to the class.

Save the date for our annual Fall Fest event at Tilden Community Center. Register to sell your craft and artisan items at our event on Saturday, October 10, 2026. A nonrefundable deposit is required by October 7th to secure your area. Hand-crafted goods and art preferred. Third party vendors considered on a limited basis. You are allowed to bring additional tables or displays but must stay within your space. Set up is available Friday, October 9th from 3:30-6:30pm or Saturday from 7:30-8:30 am. A rack of chairs will be available for you to help yourself to. After you are set up Saturday, please move your vehicle to the parking lot off of 4th street behind the building, the parking spots along 3rd street, or street parking. You are welcome to provide a door prize drawing at your table. You will be the one that handles contacting the door prize winner if you choose to host a drawing at your table. You cannot take down your booth before 2pm on Saturday. All clean up must be done by 3:30pm on Saturday. Please bring your ST19 form filled out or be prepared to fill one out at the time of set up. Forms need to be turned in before 9am on Saturday. Fees collected will support our Youth Development program. Thank you for your contribution! Learn to create the rolled Norwegian cookie, Krumkakes made with cream, butter and cinnamon or sometimes flavored with vanilla. For generations, Minnesotans have purchased their irons to bake krumkakes from local manufacturer Nordic Ware in St. Louis Park. Italian Pizzelles are also baked on the top of the stove using an iron but are a flat, anise-flavored cookie or they also may be flavored with vanilla. The chewy, almond Swedish Sandbakkelse are delicate golden brown in color and are baked in tiny tins to resemble tarts. Finally, we will master deep fried Rosettes - those exceedingly fragile, paper thin Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Expect great recipes plus the many tips and techniques that will make your baking a success! This class is a collaborative effort to prepare and make these cookies. Bring containers to transport your creations safely home. Be prepared the day of class to pay an additional food fee of $14 directly to the instructor. Only registered and paid participants are eligible to participate in class. Please do not bring any extra helpers unless they have paid and registered for this course.
