Fall Fest Crafters and Artisan Vendors

Save the date for our annual Fall Fest event at Tilden Community Center. Register to sell your craft and artisan items at our event on Saturday, October 10, 2026. A nonrefundable deposit is required by October 7th to secure your area. Hand-crafted goods and art preferred.  Third party vendors considered on a limited basis.  Contact Jaci at jhansey@isd200.org or 651-480-7673 to confirm availability prior to registering.  Included in your registration is the use of one 6’ table.  You are allowed to bring additional tables or displays but must stay within your space. 

Set up is available Friday, October 9th from 3:30-6:30pm or Saturday from 7:30-8:30 am. Included in your registration is the use of one 6’ table.  You are allowed to bring additional tables or displays but must stay within your space.  No tents are allowed inside. A rack of chairs will be available for you to help yourself to.  

After you are set up Saturday, please move your vehicle to the parking lot off of 4th street behind the building, the parking spots along 3rd street, or street parking. You are welcome to provide a door prize drawing at your table.  You will be the one that handles contacting the door prize winner if you choose to host a drawing at your table.  You cannot take down your booth before 2pm on Saturday.  All clean up must be done by 3:30pm on Saturday. 

Please bring your ST19 form filled out or be prepared to fill one out at the time of set up.  Forms need to be turned in before 9am on Saturday. 

A portion of the fees collected will support the Youth Impact Council Scholarship as well as our Youth Development program.  Thank you for your contribution!
