Artists design original characters with dramatic eyes, dynamic hair, powerful poses, and over-the-top style. This fast-paced camp blends classic anime techniques with imaginative twists—mixing heroes, villains, fantasy, and fun. Students explore emotion, movement, and storytelling while creating striking, poster-worthy artwork packed with personality. Ideal for anime fans and imaginative storytellers alike!

This camp will energize and excite students by combining the LEGO building system’s versatility and the Mindstorms EV3 microcomputer brick. Working in teams, students will construct fun LEGO models, experiment with programs, and compete in robotic challenges. Robot building, block programming, and teamwork will be part of each day’s activities. The final challenge will be a sumo battle.

Join the MN DNR’s Fishing in the Neighborhood (FiN) program for a fun, family-friendly evening of fishing! Designed for ages 5 and up, each youth must be accompanied by an adult. No experience or equipment is needed—we’ve got you covered! Rain or shine, come dressed for the weather and enjoy a great outdoor adventure close to home. Only register the participating youth. There will be a question to list the accompanying adult. Funding for this project was provided by the Minnesota Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund as recommended by the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR).
