Your iron fish may be used as a trivet, door stop, or wall art. It may be combined with another horseshoe for a cell phone holder/charging station or any creative project you can dream of! TIG stands for Tungsten Inert Gas. This type of welding bonds metal to metal without the use of rods, sticks or wire feeds. Local artist Greg will cover safety as well as introductory concepts of sculpture design. Students should wear a long sleeved cotton shirt, jeans or heavy-duty work pants, closed toe leather shoes or boots. Summer Puzzle Palooza!Adult EnrichmentGather your puzzle fanatic friends or family members! Join us Saturday, August 1st for a puzzle tournament. Doors will open at 8:45am for coffee and treats. Teams of four will race to put together a 500 piece puzzle. All teams will put together the same puzzle which will be revealed that morning when the clock starts at 9:15am. The team that finishes first or has the most done when the timer ends wins bragging rights! We will provide the puzzle, coffee and a sweet treat. Your team gets to keep their puzzle! This event is open to teams of all ages. Register under one person’s name and then the person registering will answer a question of who the other three people are on the team. The team with the best theme will win a special prize! We will host a community puzzle exchange during this time. Spectators and tournament participants are welcome to bring a puzzle or two if you want to trade with others.Summer 2026 -
