Gentle Yoga by Candlelight

Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class designed especially for the beginner, illuminated by candlelight. Vinyasa connects the movement with the breath to create a continuous flow of postures. The breath guides you through this class is composed of creative sequences intended to provide you with strength, flexibility, and peace for the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga poses can be modified to fit your skills. Please bring a yoga mat and water.

She has been teaching various yoga classes for over 10 years. Julie has received her 300 Yoga Teacher Training hours thru YogaFit and is registered thru Yoga Alliance.
