Looking for a fun introduction to baseball? DASH Sports T-Ball Tykes camp introduces players to key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning. The final day of classes is ‘Game Day’ and athletes will showcase their skills in a game environment. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a baseball glove. Baseballs and bats are provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group. Plan to meet on Field 1 behind the middle school. If there is inclement weather, camp will be moved into the HMS south Gym.

Learn pickleball together in this fun parent-and-child program designed for beginners. Each class includes simple instruction, partner drills, and guided gameplay so families can build skills and actually play together by the end of the session. No prior experience is needed and paddles are available to borrow. One adult participates on the court with the child for the entire class. If there is a cancellation due to poor weather, an additional session will be added at the end of the series.

Welcome to Toddler Talk, a fun and informative class for parents and their little ones aged 12 to 24 months! Join us for a lively session where you can bond with your child while connecting with other parents in a supportive environment. Together, you’ll enjoy playtime, songs, and engaging activities. Led by a licensed parent educator, the class will include interactive discussions on important topics such as feeding, sleeping, brain development, and balancing life as a parent. Come for the joy of learning and leave with valuable insights and friendships! This is a non-separating class.

DASH Sports Summer Track and Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: sprinting, throwing (javelin and shot put), relay running, long jumping and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. All players will be timed/tested on the first and last day. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, snack, and wear athletic clothing/shoes

DASH Sports Summer Phys. Ed Games (Ultimate Games) camp provides participants with a fun experience learning and playing your favorite physical education games! Games will include: Capture the Flag, Kickball, Dodgeball, Tag games, Ultimate Frisbee/Football, Soccer, Sharks and Minnows, and more! Participants will learn teamwork, and values such as respect, hustle, and pride, all in a fun environment. Campers should bring a snack, water bottle, and wear sunscreen. All other equipment is provided.

This intensive course provides a schedule of crafting a novel from start to finish, which you can finish in as little as 90 days! This class will also help you stay motivated throughout the journey. You will learn how to: select your novel genre and develop a compelling premise, create multidimensional characters and immersive settings, craft a detailed plot outline, manage your time to keep your writing flow consistent, combat common roadblocks including writer’s block, master the art of self-editing: refining your plot, and fixing pacing, dialogue, and characterization problems. Receive constructive criticism from beta readers and explore publishing options. By the end of this class, you will know how to complete your novel and have the knowledge and confidence to move forward with the publishing process.
