Flag Football – Gridiron Fundamentals (Grades 1-4)

Participants learn the fundamentals of flag football including passing, catching, route running, and defensive positioning. Sessions combine structured drills and team gameplay to build teamwork, strategy, and movement. No prior experience is required.
