Tai Chi & Qigong Meditation Retreat
This retreat is dedicated to helping you pause your busy life, and return to selfcare. Learn to establish healthier rhythms, through breath and the gentle meditative movements of Tai Chi Chih and Qigong. These practices are easy to learn and will activate the flow of chi/energy to help restore the body-mind and spirit.
There will be a combination of standing or seated meditations so wear comfortable clothing. You may practice with or without shoes, and the use of chairs will be provided. No previous experience required. Get ready to relax and enjoy.
